This doll making tutorial explains how to make a 35 cm tall doll with a needle-felted sculpted head, embroidered eyes, knees, bum, belly button and with alpaca hair.
You will learn how to needle felt the head, how to stuff the body and the limbs with the classical way as well as with the rolling wool technique, also to make a wig with industrial wefts like
mohair or alpaca. This tutorial also contains an instruction to create a two pieces doll clothing. The patterns for the doll and the clothing are included in the tutorial.
This is an INTERMEDIATE level doll making pattern. You don't need to have some previous doll making experience but some craft skills to be able to make the doll explained in this tutorial (or a
lot of patience and endurance :) )
I also give you many tips and information on doll making and list of suppliers.
This tutorial is written in English, however due to the many pictures it is easy to follow for non native speakers.
